Tina and the team at Studio Two Sixteen design invitations and other stationery for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any other event you can think of.  They use a variety of printing methods (yay for letterpress!!) and gorgeous paper, but the best part is the creativity of the artists and the personal service you receive when working with the Studio.

Crystal Blue Provider :: Tukka Restaurant

We are so excited to welcome our newest provider, Tukka Restaurant!  Tukka, Australian for Food, is the newest kid on the East End block of Grand Cayman.  Situated right on the water, this fantastic restaurant is perfect for your rehearsal dinner, brunch or for a wedding reception with a laid back island feel. 

Work with Chef Ron to create the perfect menu for your event and get as creative as you’d like!  Definitely take some suggestions from him to create an Aussie inspired, Caribbean infused masterpiece to really wow your guests!!!  Then, all you have to do is show up, relax and enjoy…the Tukka team will take great care of you and your guests!

Cayman Islands Event Designer :: Celebrations

I know you know them, but I wanted to make sure you know all that they do…and event design is just one more thing Celebrations can do for you.  In my 10 years living in Cayman, I have seen this team design some spectacular weddings and events! 

First, let me clear something up…do not be mistaken, design is not just which flowers you’re going to use or what color palette you have chosen.  It extends way beyond the physical elements of your event and when done properly, creates something magical.  Real designers consider all five senses and look at the event and wedding as a whole piece.  From there, they get down to the details, but they do not stop simply at what looks good.

Crystal Blue Provider Service :: The Crazy Booth!

Sounds fun already, doesn’t it??  What is it you ask??  Here’s the scoop…

You may have heard of a smile booth…well this is similar except WAY more fun! Why? Because Rebecca Davidson and Aaron Rebarchek of Picture This are the peeps behind the crazy booth! Get your smiles ready and your imagination going because this is sure to be a hit with guests at your wedding reception!!

Rebecca and Aaron upload all of the images to a site for viewing and online ordering.  So, let loose, have fun and go crazy!!! 

P.S.  Beware of the Crazy Booth Hog.  This is the person who monopolizes the crazy booth and ends up in 94% of the crazy booth photos.  Don’t be that person.

Crystal Blue Providers doing good :: Ice on Ice in the Cayman Islands

I know this isn’t about weddings, but some of our providers got involved in the annual Ice on Ice event and I wanted to give them a shout out!  This event supports the Cayman Islands Cancer Society and is a “brilliant” hit, year after year!  This year (and every year so far) Crystal Blue provider Every Bloomin’ Thing designed the event at the Westin Casuarina Resort and Spa. 

The fun twist to this fundraiser…when the guests arrived, each received a welcome drink with an ice cube and a round cubic zirconia frozen inside.  Three guests were lucky enough to find a square shaped gem inside their glass meaning they were the lucky winners of a real diamond! 

Guest enjoyed the music of another Crystal Blue Provider, One World, as well as several raffle drawings throughout the evening.

Proceeds from all of the ticket sales (organized by local radio station Z99) went to the Cancer Society.

Crystal Blue Provider :: Spa To Go

A while ago we introduced you to Spa To Go in this post.  At the time, we didn’t have a ton of photos to show you, however, through further posts of real weddings you have been able to see a lot of their work.    Today, we wanted to make it official and share with you some of the amazing beauty work Spa To Go does for those getting married in the Cayman Islands.  Don’t forget, it’s not ALL about hair and makeup–they have a full mobile spa for any of your relaxation or rejuvenation needs!
