One of newest restaurants in the Seven Mile Beach area, Agua has quickly established itself as one of the leading players in Cayman’s restaurant scene. The combination of a unique and truly international menu, a casually elegant setting and attentive service have made Agua a firm favorite among residents.

 A team of chefs hailing from all corners of the globe – Peru, Italy, Austria, India, Malaysia, Mexico and Spain – have worked together to create a diverse menu with an emphasis on the freshest of seafood. Very popular are the different ceviches – available by the spoonful for those who can’t settle on just one – and tiraditos (similar to carpaccio). Entrées include a number of fish dishes each with a different international twist, be it Mediterranean, Asian or South American. For those who are not keen on seafood, there are plenty of fresh salads, pastas and meat dishes to choose from. 

 The wine list, with an extensive choice of Old and New World wines, perfectly complements the menu.
