Hope you all had a nice weekend!! Today we’re sharing with you one fabulously elegant wedding that took place last month at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman. Red, Black and White were the colors, black magic roses were the flowers and grand was the name of the game.
(Grand Strawberries)
Let’s start at the beginning…the procession came down the Grand Staircase on the northern lawn of the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. The bride descended and met her father who walked her down the aisle, along the Grand Lawn. (See, I told you it was grand!!).
For their reception, the couple had dinner and dancing in the Grand Ballroom. The room was decked out with red lighting, black and white linen and tall contemporary centerpieces. The cake, was indeed grand…and probably pretty yummy!
We hope you had a fabulous day–thank you for sharing with us!

Hi Danielle. I stumbled on your website while researching the Cayman Islands. This is really beautiful. Do you know who designed the wedding? it’s really beautiful.
Hi Mindy. I’m glad you found Crystal Blue Weddings!! I’m not sure who the individual designer was, but the Ritz Carlton has an amazing team of wedding planners and an on-site design studio. Any of them would be happy to help you!!
OMG! I didn’t know a resort could create something like this. I will contact them. Thank you!
Not all resorts can, but the Ritz Carlton is brilliant! They have an in house floral team (they are amazing) fantastic planners and designers. I highly recommend! Please let them know you found them on Crystal Blue Weddings!
While the Ritz does do great weddings, this particular wedding was designed by by our company Lions Productions in Grand Cayman. We provided all the floral you see as well as speciality linens, lighting and other elements showcased in the photos.
I’m so sorry! I was given the wrong information!! I will post credit for you on that–thank you for letting me know!
And yes, readers, Lions Productions does produce absolutely beautiful and fabulous weddings. There have been others posted on here for you to see!
This was such an amazing wedding. I worked with Jill to create the perfect wedding invitations for her Red, Black, and White wedding. You can see Jill’s Boarding Pass Invitations here at the Fine Prints Design Blog. http://fineprintsdesign.blogspot.com/2010/08/real-brides-spotlight-jill-matthew-may.html.
The venue was beautiful and I plan to refer it to many Brides!
Thank you for sharing the link to their invitations–I love them!!!
