I am loving this Little Cayman wedding.  Why, you ask?  Well first, Little Cayman is just amazing!!  Second, because this couple is absolutely gorgeous!!  (Check out their engagement session here.)  Third, because although you are on a tiny island, REALLY away from it all, you will see that there is no need to compromise on any detail you may want for your day!

And this is just the beginning…come back later to see their stunning candle-lit reception complete with sparklers and the crazy booth!!

Cayman Islands Real Wedding :: More fun details!

Did you love the details from this morning?  What was your favorite?  I always love a keepsake attached to the bouquet stem.  It’s like a little hidden secret that only the bride knows about.  And the invitations–well, I just think they are pretty darned perfect for a destination wedding.

Now, some photos of the bride and groom during their portraits and trash the dress session.  They even brought in detail here!

How cute are they?  I love the props (I am a photo booth hog)–what a great idea for thank you notes!!

What details did you incorporate into your wedding?  We’d love to know!!

Cayman Islands Wedding Details

You know how I am about details.  Don’t you?  Love them, love them, love them.  I really think it’s in the details where the couple’s wedding reflects the couple–their interests and their personalities –making their day even more special than it already is!

For today’s wedding we are going to show you the details.  From the invitations (boarding passes–perfect for a destination wedding) to the escort bottles of sand, these two poured themselves into this day.  I am in love.  Oh, and there are M&Ms too so that pushed me over the top.

How about them details???  We’ll be back in a little while with some fantastic shots from their portrait and trash the dress session–there were PROPS!!  Love it!

Can’t stop drooling?  Well, here’s some more.  As you can see, this was not a small wedding which again, reminds me of how awesome our wedding industry is here in Cayman.  If you are planning a destination wedding here, no matter how big or how small, you really don’t have a need to look outside of the island to find everything you want and need.  And I mean everything.

Here are a couple of photos from the portrait session–having fun!!

And check out this tent at nighttime…the lighting, the bling…LOVE.

Cayman Islands Real Wedding :: Maria and Martin

The word for today’s wedding is GRACE.  Yes, you could use gorgeous, stunning, romantic, beautiful and about a billion other synonymous words but from the minute I laid eyes on this wedding it just felt graceful.  Come to find out that both the bride and groom are ballet dancers so that makes a lot of sense.

Don’t worry folks, that’s not all…so much more to show you later this afternoon and of course, find out about the fantastic providers who made this all happen!!

Cayman Islands Real Wedding at the Castle

That’s right, we have a castle here in Grand Cayman and no, you don’t have to be royalty to stay there!  It’s an amazing property in the East End of the island and here, my friends, is where today’s wedding took place.

That’s right, even Queens get thirsty!

Have a great weekend everyone!!!  Hope it’s filled with fun, laughter and love!

Cayman Islands Real Wedding :: Kate and Kevin

We love today’s real wedding.  I know, I say that about all of them (I can’t help it, I’m a sucker for a wedding!) but this one is especially close to my heart.  As you may know I am a former wedding planner and Kate and Kevin’s wedding was the very last one I planned.  Such a wonderful couple with fantastic families, and hey, have you ever seen a better looking couple?  What a pleasure it was to work with these two and their families to create this fantastic day!

The day started with a beautiful Catholic ceremony with Kate, Kevin and their immediate families.  I loved how they kept the group intimate and the decor to an absolute minimum.  To me, the simplicity of the morning was perfect and beautiful in its own right.

After a bit of a break, we regrouped for a stunning beach wedding at the Beachcomber.  Kate and her family have grown up vacationing at the Beachcomber so this spot is extra special for them.  Again, the decor was simple but stunning and the bride was GORGEOUS!

Look at those gals–stunners!  (OK, the guys look good too!!).  There are just too many good images to share so come back later for more and, of course to find out who the providers were that made this day happen!

Beautiful Indian Wedding in the Cayman Islands

Nothing like a little color to brighten up anyone’s day, don’t you agree?  I am absolutely in L-O-V-E with this wedding so full of color you can’t help but smile!

Simply stunning!!!!  Aside from the colorful parts, don’t you just love the white lanterns lining the aisle?  Such a great way to incorporate decor accents without taking the focus away from the couple or clashing with all of the beautiful colors of the couple and their guests!
